Privacy

What we collect

  • Forms. When you ask about a pilot, subscribe or request a report, we store what you type (such as name, email and details about your plant), the page you came from, and a salted one-way hash of your IP address for abuse prevention.
  • Plant Check. Uploaded files are processed in memory and never stored. We keep a profile of each point (its name, value range and a few sample values), the mapping you confirm and the calculated results, so running the same file again reuses them.
  • Analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies or cross-site tracking.

Who processes it

  • Cloudflare (hosting, bot protection with Turnstile, analytics)
  • Google Cloud (hosting for Plant Check) and Neon (database hosting)
  • OpenRouter and the provider of the Claude AI it routes to, which receive the Plant Check point profile or the calculated metrics, never your full file
  • Resend (email delivery)
